Hello,
If you look for released Nuxeo Shell, it's now included in all releases
(in a directory nuxeo-shell/ from archive root).
If you look for source code, it's built from
http://hg.nuxeo.org/nuxeo/nuxeo-distribution/ with one of the following
commands:
ant distrib -Ddistrib=shell
or
mvn -P shell
You can also download snapshots or releases as standalone from our Maven
repository manage: search "nuxeo-distribution-shell" on
http://maven.nuxeo.org/

I have a look on http://download.nuxeo.org/nuxeo-shell but I just find
a 5.2.0.m1 version and a old 5.2-20080710 version.
