Thanks so much for following up on this. I was not 100% confident of my configuration as I also migrated to PostgreSQL as the database back end.
One thing to note is that if after the initial connection failure you hit the refresh button on IE, the correct web page does appear I'll track the Jira you submitted for a solution. Thanks again.
