The absence of the 'Edit' tab was one of the requirements when mailbox features
was implemented. If you want to have this tab enabled, then you have to remove
the filtering of this 'Edit' tab in your customization. This filtering is done
in
nuxeo-features\nuxeo-platform-mail\nuxeo-platform-mail-web\src\main\resources\OSGI-INF\nxmail-actions-contrib.xml.
