You can download pre-configured resources for MySQL (or build them from
sources with Maven profile -Pmysql):
At http://maven.nuxeo.org/, search for nuxeo-platform-ear artifact with
resources-mysql classifier.
http://maven.nuxeo.org/nexus/service/local/artifact/maven/redirect?r=nuxeo-release&g=org.nuxeo.ecm.platform&a=nuxeo-platform-ear&v=5.2.0&c=resources-mysql&p=zip
Think also to add MySQL driver in $JBOSS/server/default/lib/
