Sir, let me see if I get it right. You performed a 5.1 export of documentary
base. You performed export of the other data using thirdparty tools. Then on a
fresh new 5.2 with PostgreSQL backend you perform the import of documentary
base (successful, right) and also imported the other data into DB (how?).
Server down, server up and at a first attempt to login you see these errors.
If it is the case, I would say that you have problems with the configuration
and / or import of the non documents DB. I don't want to offend telling known
things, just to be sure: the services (audit, placeful, etc.) are using a
different DB than the documentary one.
So please check that the configurations for them is correctly made. I would
propose a procedure like:
1. Start a fresh new Nuxeo, with configuration you want.
2. Check services are working (audit, relations, vocabularies: only basic tests
for validating configuration in place)
3. Import the non-documentary base. Check again (step 2).

This should tell you if the configuration in place is in fault, or the import
of the other tables are in fault.

Anyway, my $.02 on this is the import. I don't know how the data related to
audit, relations, etc. were stored in your Nuxeo 5.1.6, and how you performed
their import, but it looks to me that after import there is a duplicated key.
ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "nxp_logs_pkey"
You could check this using DB related tools / clients and see why and maybe
trace it back.
It is also possible that this happens after Nuxeo starts, and this could be the
sign of a bug...
