Before calling the save method, add this code in order to create a snapshot
(i.e. the previous version will be archived).
documentModel.putContextData(ScopeType.REQUEST,
VersioningDocument.CREATE_SNAPSHOT_ON_SAVE_KEY,
Boolean.TRUE);
