Hello ! We have been working on this problem : the output stream for templates rendered by webengine weren't encoded in UTF-8. We fix that in http://jira.nuxeo.org/browse/NXP-3930
If you can try a snapshot version of Nuxeo 5.2.1 and give a feedback, it will be helpful.
