I installed the application before and it was working fine on the same machine, 
and then I uninstalled it, I think the uninstallation process wasn't right.
could you please send me how to uninstall the application permanently from my 
PC??

What address do you use to open the login page? (please paste the entire 
address)
How is the page you enter the password looking? Is it like
