If you look at the ultimate cause of the first stack trace, it says: org.apache.lucene.store.LockObtainFailedException: Lock obtain timed out: simplefsl...@c:\NuxeoEP5\NuxeoServer\server\default\data\h2\nuxeo.lucene\write.lock
