Do you have any error in the log when a mail should be sent ?
(such as: 09:18:05,000 ERROR [NotificationEventListener] Failed to send
notification email to '[email protected]':
javax.mail.MessagingException: Unknown SMTP host:
smtp.nosuchhost.nosuchdomain.com )
