the $JBOSS/server/default/data directory is created after you launch JBoss
the nuxeo.ear is in $JBOSS/server/default/deploy directory.
You'll find a nuxeo.war module inside only after you launch nuxeo at least
once. You shouldn't change anything in this directory as it is re-created each
time you start JBoss.
