Hi, You basically have to make all your customizations into single JAR extensions.
JAR files are Java ARchives containing a proper data structure along with XML files, JAVA code and whatever else you might need (images, ...) Thus, customizing Nuxeo requires a bit of Eclipse development. The manufacturing of the JAR file is automatized by Maven which uses Ant for compilation purpose.
