Hi Jackie,

At CollectionSpace (UC Berkeley) where we use Nuxeo as a document repository, we face similar situation. I am not aware of any easy solution in Nuxeo. You could try creating a group representing a tenant and explicitly assign permission to access workspaces and content-trees specific to that tenant to that group in addition to other permissions. Indeed, all users from that tenant should be in that group. That way, perhaps you could achieve what you want provided root nodes (domain) in the repository are different for each tenant. Let me know if it works. Feel free to contact and discuss more.

Disclaimer: I have not tried the above mentioned approach. We use Nuxeo a bit differently, we have a proxy layer that uses Nuxeo's Java APIs. We retrieve tenant-user association in that layer. We also have a case where a single user could access resources of multiple tenants (museums) with varying degrees of privileges.

Hi List,

I am working to make nuxeo support multi-tenancy, which means one nuxeo have
multi-set of users/groups.

For example, we have two customers: company A and company B. They work on
one nuxeo instance.

They both access nuxeo through restlet, and both A and B have a user
"admin", but they two different "admin", have different workspace or content
trees.

Is there any solution for this kind of scenario ?

Huge thanks if anyone can help !

Regards,
Jackie Ju
