Hi,
The file to copy is in nuxeo sources, which are not packaged with nuxeo
distributions.
Depending on the Nuxeo version you are working on, look at:
http://hg.nuxeo.org/nuxeo/nuxeo-dm/
nuxeo-platform-webapp/src/main/resources/nuxeo.war/login.jsp
For example,
http://hg.nuxeo.org/nuxeo/nuxeo-dm/file/release-5.3.0/nuxeo-platform-webapp/src/main/resources/nuxeo.war/login.jsp
Note nuxeo-platform-webapp has been moved from nuxeo-platform to
nuxeo-dm; if the FAQ is out of date, thanks for giving the page, we'll
update it.
