Hello-

If I were to pick two of those technologies to learn in order to understand 
Nuxeo better, I'd definitely start with OSGI and Seam in that order.  Nuxeo 
relies heavily on those two technologies and as the other person mentioned, 
once you are able to wrap your mind around some of those technologies, it's not 
nearly so bad.  I agree though, the documentation stands to be improved and the 
learning curve is intimidating, but it's not so bad once you get past the curve.
