I am still waiting for confirmation about project. Anyway requirement is to have portal and DMS. DMS should be integrated in such way that from portal you could upload fiels, download, check in check out etc .. the same as it would be through out the nuxeo web app. If the user log in in the portal he should be at the same time logged in on the DMS (SSO). And one important thing.
