"There is NO dev community." -> I don't think that's true, we are working with contributors such as Chalmers University, Leroy Merlin or Yerbabuena Software, SkinSoft, and more, and anyone who'd like to participate is welcome.
"Bad documentation" -> We now it's perfectible, and we are working on a new way to organize the documentation that should be ready in a few weeks. Of course external help is welcome here too. We know someone (outside of Nuxeo) has started to write a book, but I don't know it's status. "Out of date UI" -> Many people like it, we think it does the job for the kind of customers we have. Suggestions are welcome of course.
