I presume you can actually connect to the Nuxeo machine on port 8080, i.e. no firewals, etc...

Hi, I have installed the Nuxeo DM on a Mac server, and plan to use it for document collaboration using both PCs and Macs. We will use MS ofice for both OSes, So I thought using the Sharepoint protocol would be ideal. I have tried to access Nuxeo DM using the Office 2008 Document Connection client with the address http://ipaddress:8080/nuxeo, and a username and password created in the WebGUI in Nuxeo. But I get an error saying "The connection failed". Does anyone have an idea how to make the Sharepoint connection work from mac (havent tested on an PC yet). Thanks for helping.
