Hi, Problem definition: An author creates a new document which is to be reviewed by 3 different user groups in specific order. I am using the ordered workflow i.e. approbation work flow as it allows me to select the order of reviewers(participants). writer-->reviewer1-->reviewer2-->reviewer3
If the author has created total 5 documents and work flow has been initiated, how can the administrator know the status of each document. For e.g. 2 documents could be held with reviewer 1 , 1 document could be with reviewer2 and , 1 documents could be with reviewer3. Is there a way I can get a consolidated report that summarizes the status of each document for each participant. Thanks in advance.
