There is a table called "locks" that contains a list of document ids and if locked the 'lock' field contains the name of the person (account) holding the lock and the date/time it was placed.
If you're looking for all locked documents presumably you could query this table and pickup all id's where the lock field is not empty. Then you could cycle through the IDs, pick up or process the required documents on the basis of the ID.
