After reviewing Nuxeo DM source it appears that the defaultPermissionService is
no longer used and is certainly not checked when my custom doc types are
created. Although in debug mode I can see that all of my default permissions
are read during startup. Since I had already modified the DocumentActions bean
I simply changed the SaveDocument method to access the DefaultPermissionService
to pickup the Default ACLs for the Client Binder document. This works just fine
and now all doc types can have required default security on creation.
