Finally I solved it recreating the index:
CREATE INDEX FULLTEXT_FULLTEXT_IDX ON FULLTEXT(FULLTEXT) INDEXTYPE IS
CTXSYS.CONTEXT PARAMETERS('LEXER MY_LEXER WORDLIST MY_WORDLIST SYNC (ON COMMIT)
TRANSACTIONAL');
And exporting and reimporting the data.
