Well, due to an other severe error, I have deployed a new nuxeo (with same binaries, bundles and config), and the bug doesn't shows up anymore oO'. I can remember there was something like an "Index out of bound" exception, which may come from Imagemagick parts, but it is certainly a side-effect.
With office files it wa also a problem because the "รจ" becomes "?" in the filename....
