It's not possible at the moment. You would have to change or subclass the UserManagerImpl (method isAnonymousMatching).
But if you do that you'll never be able to see the anonymous user in the ACL screens so you'll never be able to give it any rights... What's the problem with showing the anonymous user in searches?
