The documentation you looked at is out of date (I've just made it redirect to
the correct one).

Note (see my answer to your other mail "Why my configurations files are
overwritten each time") the best practice is now
to use configuration templates by setting in nuxeo.conf:
* nuxeo.templates=oracle
* nuxeo.db.name=
* nuxeo.db.user=
* nuxeo.db.password=
* nuxeo.db.host=
* nuxeo.db.port=
