Ok, in this case, this is just that your blob store has changed location
between JBoss and tomcat distrib ( remember that blob files are not stored
in the DB, only the digest are).

In tomcat default location is nxserver/data/binaries/ whereas in Jboss (on
5.3.2) it is server/default/data/NXRuntime/binaries/
=> adjust your directories location and you should be ok
