[Ecm] nuxeo clustering using pound load balancer

I am doing nuxeo clustering using pound and have this configuration:

User            "nobody"
Group           "nobody"
LogLevel        1
Alive           2
ListenHTTP
        Address 192.168.10.22
        Port    8080
End

Service
        BackEnd
                Address 192.168.10.20
                Port    8081
        End
        BackEnd
                Address 192.168.10.21
                Port 8081
        End
        Session
                Type Cookie
                ID   "JSESSIONID"
                TTL  300
        END
End

Would this configuration be fine? Is there anything I should add on the
nuxeo?
