Hi,
If you do not want to display the other result layouts, you
should only keep one in your content view definition.
You can also use showPageSizeSelector and showRefreshCommand
to control the appearance of other buttons (please tell if
the doc is not clear about it).
As the file incl/content_view_result_layout_selector.xhtml
is subject to changes, i'll try to come up with a better
configuration of available page sizes in the selector so
that it's easier for users who'd like to customize it to
maintain their code.
