It's not that. I want to reuse in my doctype edit mode the layout where i can found : (sory it's in french) Nature/sujets/droits/Source/couverture/créé le/Dernière modification/Fomat/Langue/Expire le /Auteur/contributeurs/dernier contributeur
in the heading layout there only are Title and Description. i need more information in my future doctype.
