As answered here: http://forum.nuxeo.com/?t=msg&goto=16525&&srch=drag#msg_16525 Due to security constraints, dropping a folder via HTML5 is not allowed. This can only be done with a plugin. Nuxeo plugin works well with FF5 and is able to manage folders (http://www.nuxeo.com/en/downloads/desktop-integration).
