By default jodconverter uses 2003 port. It's might changes in a extension point. I'm not sure, but it's easy to check. But by default when a nuxeo-cap server starts it uses 2003 port.
Things work good with txts and offices files but with Note document has a problem. By default server extension (bundle for note to pdf conversion) is trying to connect with port 8100 instead with default 2003 port. Of course this causes an error.
