Hi, Effectively, there is now a unique distribution (technically based on CAP). DM and others have been removed. I'll soon send a mail and update the documentation, fully explaining those changes in detail and how to migrate to the new system.
Briefly, you have to use the unique CAP distribution and ask it to activate DM using the wizard.
