Dear Mr. Jalon, Thank you for your reply. I will try do it in the simplest way: I have created two domains A and B with sections and workspaces in one repository. There are also three users: X, Y and Z. The user X has the Manage permission to the domain A and similary the user Y has the Manage permission to the domain B. Both of them have no permission to the repository, because of rules of a company security. The user Z is a guy who can read both domains.
In that situation X can create workspaces in A, but can not set publication target for it, because of the permission error. Of course there is a much more complicated situation in the company, but the problem looks like above. If you have futher questions, do not hesitate to ask.
