Salams to all, I wanted to know if any one has recently stamped his H1B Visa on his passport ? I bet there must be lot of people like me who are on H1 in US and havent gone back just because of the visa delays.
I have heard that H1 visa is getting stamped earlier for folks who are (freshly) married compared to those who are singels ???? Can anyone confirm that and knows any particular logic behind this .. Also, how much time the whole process is taking right now if a person is single vs. if he's married. Any responses will be greatly appreciated.
