ECN: Meshing, FEA , CAE Skill set sought in Pakistan

A group of Pakistani engineers in US wants to know if skills are available in Pakistan (either within the four walls of engineering universities or within the industry or individuals) with this knowledge... There may be some interesting developments and ideas being discussed with such individuals for near future...

- Ability to fix CAD discrepancies (Applications: UG acquaintance preferred).

- Ablility to generate mid surface extraction (Applications : HyperMesh or Patran acquaintance preferred).

- Ablility to conduct pre/post processing (HyperMesh or Patran and ANSYS).

- Any experience in using LS-Dyna application for crash simulation. 

- Ablility to develop shell/ solid meshing AND to understand mesh quality standards.

-  Ablility to export models in customer required compatible format.

- Understand static & dynamic principles.

- Skills in NV&H (noise,vibration & harshness)/ Structural preferred. .

- Skills in FEA

- General experince in Design of automotive products (HVAC, Wiper, Radiator Fan Shroud, Brake, Diesel Engine/ Intake manifold components etc.)

 

As a foot note, it is very difficult to find all the required skills in one individual to cover this broaden area of CAE so pls inform if anyone has MOST or SOME of these areas in thier skill set. .
