I am a MS student. I am doing some project on software development effort prediction and defects prediction models. In this respect I need some good databse so that I can validate my work.
For effort prediction I have Barry Boehm's book: "Software Engineering Economics". This has got a database of 63 projects. There is a second edition of this book on COCOMO II which is not available to me right now. So, if someone can arrange the database from that book or some other database that makes use of COCOMO model then I will be grateful.
Moreover, if someone can arrange a good database for class level object oriented coupling and cohesion metrics together with corresponding defects information then it would be excellent.
These things will help me alot in my work. Hope to hear from people out there.
