Greetings, folks

i guess i might as well add my intro to the pile, although i'll keep it short =)

i am a 2nd yr bio student in Pennsylvania working towards grad school
(field research in ?ecology?). i am not very well informed in feminism or
ecofeminism. i have only a bit of experience with ecofeminism, but my
interest is great--so i hope to get a lot out of this list. i guess i
would label myself as a deep ecologist/spiritual ecologist. i have been
involved w/the radical ecological movement for a couple of years. i am a
student of Taoism and Buddhism, which has influenced my view of ecology (as
well as Native American religion, beliefs, etc).

i hope to gain a good deal of knowledge from this list.

all good medicine,

chickadee

from the crow, and courage from the jay, who will attack an owl ten times
its size to drive it off its territory. But above all of them ranked the
chickadee because of its indomitable spirit."
