Hi there,
I have been reading a few messages that you send to Ecofem and noticed
that you are from New Zealand.......are you studying, teaching, or
conducting research? I ask because I will be graduating with a degree in
Biology and Environmental Studies this May, and am trying to get a
variety of experiences in field work before settling down at a graduate
school. I will be working in Costa Rica this June thru October doing sea
turtle research, and would like to do something else
(environmentally-related) afterwards. I have been to New Zealand (last
year) and loved it, I was there traveling on my own before heading over
to Australia where I spend a year studying, with a focus on rainforest
and marine ecology.
Anyway, if you happen to know about any internships (paid or not paid)
or any people there who could use another hand with research, I would be
very interested in hearing about them. Names of other people who may be
helpful would also be appreciated.
Thank you,
Kristin Caruso
