hi everyone.. I'm new to this listing. my name's jarrah and I'm doing an Honours paper around the topic of global ecofeminist strategies for change, and I'd just love any input, contacts etc anyone out there has. I'm trying to reach out to people and groups globally that are involved in projects, actions, ideas and whatever, that are ecofeminist in orientation. My intention is to collect info on what's going on, which so far for me has been really inspiring, and then share it with the groups I find, maybe create some sort of useful network for activists...maybe this is happening already, I don't know yet...we'll see how it grows. Of course I'm realising that the word 'ecofeminism' does not describe any seperable finite concrete so to speak thang, and that all sorts of work towards equality and against exploitation (sexism, racism, classism, heterosexism and anthropocentric hierarchical systems) are essential and connected, on a continuum of issues. So if you know of something you think I might be keen on can you drop in a message?? much thanks by the way I live quite far away from the city (Perth Australia) usually and i use the computer at a Green's office when I do a city trip.
