Some suggestions for ecofeminist novels:
The Fifth Sacred Thing by Starhawk, Bantam Books
A Thousand Acres by Jane Smiley, Fawcwtt Columbine Books
Animal Dreams by Barbara Kingsolver
Most ecofeminist literature is written in genres other than the novel: essays,
stories, poetry, etc. If you can use a book that is not exactly a novel, try
Woman and Nature by Susan Griffin and also books by Gretel Ehrlich, including
Islands, The Universe, Home and The Solice of Open Spaces.
Since you are working on ecofemist literature, you should look at Patrick
Murphy's book Literature, Nature, and Other: Ecofeminist Critiques SUNY Press
1995.

The LeGuin book you refer to is called (I think) Buffalo Gals and Other Animal

It might be fun to do an ecofeminist reading/interpretation of the work
of Willa Cather. Try reading A Lost Lady or OH! Pioneers. There are
some great bits in both novels about sexism and environmentalism. There
are essentialist passages in Oh Pioneers. Besides, you would get a
chance to read classic works by a woman novelist.

lorraine anderson. it's a collection of prose and poetry all written by
