Subject: Immigration Panel for ISA-FTGS Toronto Meeting

In preparation for a book project on immigration, migration and gender
issues, I am in the process of forming a panel on this topic for the ISA
meeting in Toronto, March 22-26, 1997. I am in need of 4 papers to be
presented on this panel.

If you are interested, abstracts for this panel ONLY should be e-mailed to
me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] or sent by mail to the following address:

Gregory Kelson
Executive Director
Institute for Women and Children's Policy
1526 North Oakley, #1
Chicago, IL 60622

Please follow the guidelines set in Deborah Stienstra's call for papers
posted here earlier.

In order for me to make the deadline for panel submissions, please make
sure that all abstracts reach me by June 15, 1996.

Again, let me stress that I am accepting abstracts for the panel on
immigration, migration and gender ONLY. Any other abstracts for papers you
wish to present at the ISA meeting should be sent directly to Simona
Sharoni and Steve Niva.
