I find it interesting that I read someone stating that "to be concerned with justice is a luxery" in our society. It seems to me that to be concerned with justice is a RESPONSIBILITY in our society, just as voting. In fact, to be concerned with justice is manditory for the suvival of the masses in any society, as a citizen. It is because of the freedoms the US offers us that we have to look harder, deeper to see the injustice in our society. The US is suffering from looking at ourselves too long through rose colored glasses, and building other countries as deamons, environmentally, economically, militaristically, and socially. But because we are a government of citizens, it is our duty to ensure our policy results in environmental justice.
