Dear Eco-Fem Members:
I am very much interested in promoting Holistic and International SHEP (Safety,
Health, and Environmental Protection) and Ergonomics, including their
interaction with the challenges of cultural diversity, through training
workshops (2-3 hrs) or talks (30 mins). I am especially concerned with the
inclusion of minorities and women in the decision making processes and
sensitizing the leaders (public interest, Union, industrial, and others). Some
ideas for such talks/ workshops are:
1. Customer/Worker/Management: Bridging the Cultural Diversity Gap
2. SHEP for Migrant workers, Maquiladoras, and the Minorities
3. Holistic and International SHEP
4. SHEP Improvement through Cultural Sensitivity Training for Trans-
Cultural Managers
5. Measuring the SHEP Intangibles
6. Ergonomics and SHEP for Sustainable Profits
My main interest is in propogating the holistic message and in sensitizing the
public to the role of minorities and women in this mission. It is not
