The AATeam Performed Friday March 13th, 1998 at the San Francisco Art Institute's
Fundraiser Gala. It was amazing. They came off of the SFAI tower, that has not had
students allowed in it in 10 years. According to the SF Examiner,
"At Some Point in the evening on Friday, three intrepid people, dressed in overalls
{white clothes, One was Elvis in white vinyl} and using glow-in-the-dark equipment,
rappelled off the side of the San Francisco Art Institute tower. Symbolic, I suppose,
of the legendary Tower Ghost.
It was a piece of performance art second only to the full moon that popped up over the
other tower (COIT)-as if someone had yelled 'Cue Moon.'"
It seems obvious to me, that this writer did not even see the performance, but at
least we were mentioned. Can't complain. Just wait until graduation!!!!!!!!
