It is actually a live television broadcast that will be played on the local networks, and we have just secured a prime time slot so a lot of people will have access to this. I welcome the possibility of suggesting these sites to them and hope that it will provide some background to the issues that are coming up for them in this rather amazing country that we live in. If anyone has any suggestions of texts that might discuss the way that women have been involved in this kind of change, that would be quite interesting to look at. Either sites or texts would be useful I think. There are over 1800 students (all women) involved in the bazaar as well as outside organisations and the theme is extremely broad (a series of displays that have something to do with ecology). Several important members of the government will be attending including His Highness Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (the Crown Prince of Dubai) and the minister for Education and the Environment (who is also the College's Chancellor), Sheik Nayan Maktoum Al Nayan. So this is an important opportunity for the women involved, it should be an interesting event. Again if anyone else has any suggestions, I would welcome them. Regards, Sandy Indlekofer-O'Sullivan
