Tina,
I don't know if this will help, but you may want to look at how female
athletes are treated on university/college campus. My campus just had a
situation where the female athletes sued the university because of the
unfair treatment they were receiving. Look in terms of financial support,
publicity, university support and other differences between male and female
athletes.
