That is exactly my point. Having a divergence of opinion on a listserv
doesnt mean that  you must run and hide from it. That is in my
estimation what a strong opinionated women should not do. A listserv is
not a battering husband or an abusive relationship. It is a forum to
discuss views on a particular topic. I want divergence in topics. I want
to hear that someone disagrees with my estimation of what should be done
about any given subject. If you recall someone became tired of talking
about the monkey poem and brought up terrorism. That is when suddenly
seperatism was first mentioned and that is sad, as you have pointed out.
