i just dont understand why you all are even arguing over socialism vs.
capitalism. an ideology is an ideology...either its inherently oppressive
(capitalism) to the avg person(and created to benefit its creators), or its
inherently sustaining and liberating (socialism).
what makes it or breaks it is the cultural ways
of interpreting and translating the ideology into action...and the way
the culture fits into the world's heirarchies of development. as long as
the usa exists, socialism cannot. its pretty obvious. so the only solution
seems to me to be to destroy the usa. im not joking either.
and please "HC ELLIS" dont try to tell me "do you realize how much BETTER
americans' way of life is than everywhere else in the world?".....or " why
would you want to take that away from people" or "do you really think the
rest of america will go for that". i may be an idealist but im not a moron.
