Have you ever noticed, Angela, that this baseless slander against
Wiccans (which Christians used to murder millions of them in the
inquisitionous Dark Ages) is the same one that Christians have used
for centuries - nay, milennia - to persecute the Jews, and the same
one they circulated about the Muslims to justify their Crusades? In
fact, Christians have told this same lie about anyone who was not
Christian. I guess it serves the same purpose as the old Judeo-
Christian belief that women lacked souls, or the old Jewish belief
that only they were chosen of their god. Once you dehumanize
your targeted victims, you may then slaughter them in a spirit of
righteous pride, rather than of guilt or shame.

There is something wrong with any belief anyone is forced to swear
allegiance to lockstep and at swordpoint. Joe
