Angela, your god is the judge of me only in your mind, not my own.
I could equally say that the people who have used transcendant
monotheism to slaughter people and destroy our planet will be
judged by the Goddess, and it has exactly the same force - only the
force that the hearers give it, and the force that the sayers are
willing to exert (sometimes murderously - Inquisition, Crusades, etc.)
to fulfill their own prophecies. Joe

How do YOU know, Angela? You don't - you believe. That's all
right; just please try not to confuse the two. One requires
repeatable, predictable and intersubjectively viewable evidence. It is
called Knowledge, and is determined and (always conditionally)
verified by Science and scientific experimentation (the things that
told us about the Greenhouse Effect and ozone layer depletion).
The other, Faith, is by definition a personal, internal and subjective
experience lacking such evidence and is therefore outside the realm
of knowledge. Joe
